Q: How long can we keep the bounce house?

A: The price is for 5 hours of play time. $30 per hour after 5 hours.

Q: How long can we keep the Slumber  setup?

A: Overnight; Pick up is typically next day (afternoon)

Q: What time frame should I select for setup?

A: Your setup time should be at least 1 hour before your event.  Sleepovers: 2hours prior

Q: How do I book multiple rentals? 

A: Book your main rental through the booking tab  (This  reserves  your  time  slot).  Next, enter  your  address. At checkout you will be asked for additional rental  information). Please review your deposit invoice for accuracy and to confirm all items were added. 

Q: How do I provide the details for my order, such as popcorn machine color?

A: Please send details to customerservice@stpartys.com

Q:  How much space is needed for a bouncer?

A: The smallest unit available is 15 ft. tall and 15 ft. wide.  We recommend you add 2 ft. in excess of the size of your bouncer for space.

Q: Does the concession items include refills, or will I have to purchase it?

A: Yes, we include refills. Additional concession refills can be ordered for a fee.

Q: Do I need a power supply?

A: Yes.  The bouncer should be setup within 100 feet of an outlet.  Most household circuits are sufficient.  If you need electricity, we have generators available for $60.

Q: Do I have to pay for the entire party or rental today?

A: No, to secure your booking we only ask for a 25% deposit. We will send an invoice to the email provided that must be paid within 24hrs to reserve your items and date.

Q: When do I pay the remaining balance?

The invoice is due within 24 hours of your party date.

Q: What if I do not need all of the tents included in my package for sleepovers.

A: You  have the  option  to  remove  items  but  the  package price  will  remain  the  same.

Q: Is the time reflected in the booking tab online my rental time?

A: No, this is just the time it should take to setup and give instructions. Rental rates are for all day play. The latest pick-up time is 9:00pm.

Q: Does the price include set up and delivery?

A: Yes, although additional fees may apply for areas farther out. 

Q: Do you deliver to other cities?

A: Yes, please email or call our office for a quote.

Q: When do you set up?

A: Set up time is  9:00am - 6pm any day of the week (the 6pm time is to ensure you have enough time to enjoy your rental before pickup). Items can be picked up as late as 9:00pm (please call or email if a later pickup time is needed). The price of the rental is for 5 hours of play time.

Q: We've rented some really dirty jumps from other companies in the past. Are they always that dirty?

A: No. The jump should be clean when you get it. Slumber Time Party's & Rentals clean and disinfects after every rental.

Q: Do we have to keep the bounce house plugged in the entire time?

A: Yes. A blower keeps air in the jump unit the entire time. Once unplugged they deflate. That's why we require an outlet within 50¥ of the unit or a generator. Longer cords can pop your circuit breaker so we bring our own heavy duty cords.

Q: What payments do you take?

A: PayPal, Square, Debit or Credit Cards. NO cash payments. 

Q: What if we need to cancel?

A: We understand that life happens! You can cancel at any time and request raincheck. Just send us an email or call to cancel. The deposit is non-refundable.

Why cancel my reservation?

A: For safety reasons we do not complete setups in high wind or rain conditions, and we may have to cancel on these days. Deposits fully refundable if we cancel your party due to wind or rain conditions. If we cancel your rental you will be given an option for a rain check that is good for 1 year.

Q: How big are the jumps?

A: Most of our jumps are 15x15 which is a little bigger than many companies rent. When in doubt, measure your space to make sure it will fit. Jumps need room to be staked and they need room for the blower and can't rub against walls or trees as this may damage the jump. The sizes listed with each jump include the space needed for stakes etc. If you have stairs or a tiered backyard, please call our office to discuss options for setup.

Q: What surfaces do you set up on?

A: We can set up on Grass (our favorite and best for the kids), dirt, asphalt, and concrete. Sorry, we can't set up on any type of rocks as the constant rubbing will wear through the vinyl jumps. Please have area cleared prior to party time.

Q: How do I select my sleepover theme? 

A: Please enter theme during booking.

Q: Can we see a copy of your contract and safety rules?

A: Yes. Please send an email to customerservice@stpartys.com with your request.

Q: Are we responsible for the unit if it gets a tear or damaged in any way?

A: Yes and no. You are not responsible for normal wear and tear on our units. Seams may develop tears in high traffic areas over a period of time. If this happens please alert us at once so we can remedy the situation. If however, damage occurs due to failure to follow our safety rules or negligence (i.e. not turning off the blower in high winds) you will be responsible for all damages up to and including replacement of the unit/blower etc. which can cost thousands of dollars. We don't want you or us to be in that situation which is why we have you sign and initial on all of our safety rules so that you can be the trained operator.

Q: Can I add on additional rental items later?

A: Yes, you can add products until the day of your delivery. On your delivery date you can add items in person, but the full balance is due.
